The following are Decisions & Orders following adjudications and Settlements/Orders issued by the Ethics Commission regarding Complaint Matters 1992-Present. Please note that for matters that are resolved through settlement the document presented will either be the settlement agreement or an order issued by the Commission following acceptance of the agreement. There is not a written "order" for every settlement although the Commission has approved each settlement at one of its meetings and such votes are noted in its minutes. If a settlement document is presented it will include a note at the bottom with the date of acceptance by the Commission and any changes from the agreement.
